Everything you need to know about Easy CEMS.
EasyCEMS is a service designed exclusively for Cambridge English Examination Centres. It streamlines the online registration process for both private candidates and Preparation Centres, automating all related procedures through to the generation of the final file for submission to Cambridge.
The service was launched in 2016 and was initially available only in Italian for the domestic market. As of 2026, it is available globally in its international version: EasyCEMS.
The service is provided in SaaS mode (Software as a Service) through access to a shared web-based system that manages all administrative procedures, with no need to download any software or replicate data locally. The system includes an e-commerce module that allows the Centre’s users, private candidates and Preparation Centres, to purchase exams in the selected currency.
Yes, the final file to be submitted to Cambridge is generated automatically by the system, helping to simplify the process and reduce the risk of errors.
The system can be customized with the Exam Centre’s name, logo, and own documentation, as well as in the desired language versions for both the front office, user side, and the back office, administration side.
All the text included in the system is contained in a dedicated file accessible from the reserved area. This file can be downloaded, translated, and uploaded back into the platform, which will automatically generate the different language versions. The accepted alphabets are as follows: - Latin, used for Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, etc. - Cyrillic, used for Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Serbian, etc. - Greek - Arabic - Chinese, including simplified and traditional characters - Japanese, including Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana

Once the number of purchased exams is reached, the system will prevent any further registrations. The package can be used within one year from the order date. If a new order is placed before the expiration date, the unused exam registrations will be added to the newly purchased package.
The various packages can be purchased through the system’s reserved area, which you can access once the free trial period has been activated.
